It is possible to reinstall the eSIM on the device where you previously installed it. To do so, you will need to open the link you received by email after making your purchase.
When the eSIM manager page is open, tap ‘Show activation QR code’ to display the QR code. Then scan it using the ‘Add eSIM’ option in your settings.
★It is only possible to install the eSIM on the device on which it was first installed.
- Travel 5G Unlimited eSIM
Unfortunately, you cannot re-install the eSIM once you delete it. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can assist you in this matter.
