For iPhone
Please go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Service > SIMs(choose our eSIM) > Voice & Data and select 5G Auto or 5G On.
*If your phone doesn’t have multiple SIMs, please go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data and select 5G Auto or 5G On.
For Android
Please go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Preferred network type > Select a 5G option, such as 5G preferred or 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto Connect).
If you are currently in a location without 5G network coverage, then it will show LTE next to the signal bar.
