Yes, we have a partner pickup counter at the following airports.   

・Narita International Airport Terminal 1 south

・Narita International Airport Terminal 2

・Haneda International Airport Terminal 3

・Kansai International Airport Terminal 1

・Fukuoka Airport International Terminal

For other airports, you can pick up the order at the post office located inside the airport.

Please note that this pickup option is only available if you place the order at least 1 day before your pickup date at 16:00/4:00 PM (Japan Time). 

The express option is only available at all of the airports listed above, hotels, accommodations, and central or local post offices.

You may also return the item at airports (postboxes). The postbox location is available on the airport pickup counter locations page.
