Yes. We can forward it or send another package to your hotel/accommodation for a shipping fee of 890 JPY. 
 

For 3GB/day Voice+Data Plan

For this plan, face-to-face identity verification is required. We are very sorry to inform you that if you missed picking up your package at the airport, then you will have to visit one of Sakura Mobile's pick up counters at the airport or our Shinjuku office to complete the face-to-face identity verification. We will not be able to forward it to your hotel/accommodation.

However, please contact us as soon as possible. 
To forward your package, please send us a request form with your booking ID.
