There are a few issues that you may face when installing or activating the eSIM on your phone.
Please go through all the steps below and find the solution to the issue you are facing.
1. You should have the QR code to install the eSIM, and you should have your phone with you.
If not, please see this FAQ.
2. Please go to the "eSIM" function inside the settings page, and try to scan the QR code.
※You need to be connected to the internet for the installation.
・I can not find the "eSIM" function to scan the QR code.
・I can scan the QR code, but it does not install.
・I am not sure if I have successfully installed the eSIM or not.
3. If you have an "Android phone", please do the APN setting and restart the device.

4. You should now be able to use the internet.
