You will only be able to install your Monthly eSIM once it has been issued, which can only happen after you have entered the EID number.

The eSIM issuance schedule is based on the time you submit your EID number as well as your contract's start date. Installation before your contract's start date is not possible.

Issuance schedule

Our system issues eSIMs every day between 9AM-6PM, and it will take 30 minutes after the EID has been submitted.

If you enter your EID outside of these hours, your eSIM will not be ready until the next day.

You will not be able to install your eSIM until it has been successfully issued. Therefore, in order to install your eSIM as soon as possible, we highly recommend submitting your EID in advance.
