Yes, we can issue you another SIM card.
The fee to re-issue a SIM card is 3,300 JPY tax included.
Please follow the instructions below to request a replacement for your SIM card.
After logging into your "My Sakura Mobile" account, please go to the "Manage Plan" page

How to:
1) Please log in to your account using your registered email address:
2) Tap your contract:
3) Tap Contract details:
4) Tap the product/service you would like to submit the request for:
5) Once you tap your "Manage Plan" page, please select "Re-issue SIM card" (Refer to ① in the image below)

6) Your information will automatically be inputted. Please make sure that the Subject is "Loss and Damage" (Refer to ② in the image below)
7) Please write any information you feel would be helpful and necessary for us (Refer to ③ in the image above)
8) Once you have completed the form, please click the submit button (Refer to ④in the image above)
**If you lose/damage your Vocie+data SIM card, we can only ship it to the address registered on your residence card, or you can opt to have it shipped to our Shinjuku office for you to pick up.
