If you are experiencing issues with the eSIM after installation, please check you have completed the eSIM activation and APN settings below.
Please do not delete the eSIM if you are having issues.
Common errors
- The eSIM has not been activated (eSIM Setup Procedure - Step 2)
You should have tapped a pink "Activate this eSIM" button if completed.
- The APN settings have not been completed. (eSIM Setup Procedure - Step 4)

Troubleshooting
For further troubleshooting, contact us at contact@sakuramobile.jp with the following information:
1. Your device's model type/name
2. A screenshot of the SIMs list showing all current SIMs
3. A screenshot of the APN settings:
iPhone: Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
Android: Search Settings for "Access Point Names" or "APNs" and send screenshots of all values
4. A screenshot of the phone lockscreen with WiFi turned OFF so we can confirm signal bars
